Mürnau - Recoil

Belgium Power electronic act Mürnau offer this limited edition 7" of brutal beats and noise, mixed with some highly distorted vocals in a aggressive way that just cries out to have the police come and visit your house for a noise complaint... or at least, that's just what happened to me. True enough, it is 6:14am in the morning, but I didn't think I had it THAT loud.

Recoil consists of three tracks, each with its own distinct flavour, while at the same time getting louder and angrier. Elements of this remind me of Converter, with the distortion and volume turned up! This is a compliment indeed, coming from me. It's a really cool blend of the abrasiveness of power electronics with the flow and pounding of rhythmic noise.
