Rake

Of course, being a rake had meant he had to work twice as hard to prove himself, and the rake had quickly displayed that it was a top of the line worker in any field. The bigotted supervisors would always assign the rake the tougher duties which they figured the rake would be incapable of, such as standing very still in a corner, or remaining very stiff while another employee ran it through the leaves, but the rake always triumphed.

Within a few months, they had no choice but to promote the rake to assistant supervisor, where he proved even more effective, putting in long hours, standing perfectly still, never complaining. And what was better was that the workers weren't afraid to be themselves around him.

The tension at the meeting was intense. The regular business simply put off the inevitable issue: the rake would have to promoted to full supervisor. Most of the supervisors quit, a few even killed themselves and their families.

Within weeks, the rake was running the company. Now, under the leadership of the rake, the company merged with another company, and they both came under the name Rake Inc. Another company followed, and then two more, and then 1174 others in a bold takeover move. Soon all production in the world (now renamed "Rakearth") was in the rake's control. And it stayed that way. Forever.
