Passive Skills:
Definitely the simplest method of spending your CP is by purchasing passive skills. These are abilities that are never "used" but boost your character's ability in combat. They represent specialized training and discipline. A lot of players will probably ignore passive skills instead opting to learn powerful abilities, but passive skills can be useful because they are always active and require no charges.
Passive skills will also be particularly useful to any character who feels he or she only needs a few strong abilities: these passive points will help to make those even stronger. Martial artists who intend to use their bare hands will likely want to spend points here every level to help make up the damage deficit early on, and will find that as their character progresses, their attacks will be far superior as a result.
Here is a list of the passive skills available to date. I say "to date" because more will certainly be added as suggested.
Note that each skill may only be purchased once per level, except at level 1 (where you may purchase as many as you like with your initial 10 CP).
